In this vital role you will work on sustainment and operations of the General and Administrative(G&A) portfolio of applications.

The Sr Associate IS Business Analyst will be an integral member of an agile-focused operations team that will support and continuously improve groundbreaking solutions for Amgens G&A business.

The Sr Associate IS Business Analyst will report to the Sr Manager Information Systems (G&A).

Partner with Service Owner, peer full-time employees, and lead service provider in the development, delivery, and continuous improvement.

Drive minor improvement projects based on PMLC, collaborating with application development teams Ensure compliant documentation with supporting detail Assist in defining and maintaining the service roadmaps and perform service reviews with cross-functional stakeholders Work with upstream data integration source systems and downstream data integration consumers and systems to negotiate all aspects of enhancement work and downstream impact assessment and readiness Support and maintain validated state of Key Computerized Systems Partner with IS Architects to deliver major and transformational projects Support steady-state operations to ensure service level agreements are met Provide day-to-day support to the execution of the G&A platforms technology roadmap and lifecycle management (LCM) plans Coordinate activities toward implementation of the G&A Operating Model Assist in critical issue management Maintain Standard Operating Procedures.

Design specifications and Testing protocols for IS applications Assist in issue escalation management Conduct periodic review of system access and security reviews Respond to inspections or audits Monitor global regulatory technology landscape Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our outstanding contributions to serve patients.

Basic Qualifications Masters degree OR Bachelors degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Associates degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED and 10 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications Ability to work in a team environment, optimally interacting with others and mentoring junior team members in geographically disbursed model Good at logic and solving problems Ability to explain complicated technical concepts simply Previous experience with system integrations Strong service management mindset in delivering production support High attention to detail and self-directed Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with other geographically disbursed team members Experience with Service Now or any other similar Configuration Management Database Experience with working on GMP/GXP applications Project Management experience is a plus Thrive Some of the vast rewards of working here As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
