– Process Development Live What you will do Lets do this Lets change the world We currently have an opportunity in Process Development for a Sr Associate, Diversity, Inclusion, & Belonging.
The Sr Associate, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging will report to the Director of Business Performance Business Strategy Integration.
The primary responsibilities of the Sr Associate Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging is to champion and drive all diversity, inclusion and belonging initiatives (DI&B) within the Process Development function.
This role will continue to build upon the culture of DI&B within process development through new and existing programs.
This role will be a primary point of contact for all team members involved in and passionate about PDs DI&B imperatives, the position will provide strategic, project management, and operational support.
Lead Process Development specific DI&B initiatives.
Responsibilities include: Liaison to DI&B partners across Amgen to understand functional strategies and partner with appropriate programs Champion and drive all DI&B initiatives within PD Track initiatives and measure success, provide progress updates to PD SLT Manage the Process Development Rotation Program Lead People Centered Leadership program rollout for the Process Development Organization Partner with HR and PD Leadership to update strategy based on staff feedback Ensure alignment of PD DI&B efforts across PD, Operations, and Amgen DI&B goals Represent Amgen at recruiting, conferences, and other network events Engage and provide support to the MCS Diversity Council as appropriate Develop and launch appropriate programs to build upon the organizations culture of DI&B Develop and deliver ongoing communications to all PD staff relating to DI&B/Talent efforts Create PD-level communications in support of the SVP to develop communications for the organization (i.e.
year end messages, video etc.) Deliver appropriate training and experiences to build organizations capability Own and drive programmatic activities Project manage all DI&B initiatives within PD Win What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
