Sr. Associate, Digital Traffic Group

Position Summary Reporting to the Manager, Digital Creative Management, the Sr. Associate, Digital Creative Management, will support UM Sony Digital Trafficking Group (UDT), specifically around digital campaign executions. This role will coordinate digital media deliverables with UM Ad Ops and publishers. Key Responsibilities QA display and video assets for digital campaigns Create and manage tickets for UM Ad Ops to traffic digital assets Traffic and update digital assets to publishers Coordinate and create asset file names according to established taxonomy Deliver video and custom display assets to various publishers Pull GCM Reports to check delivery and activation of digital placements Communicate with Sony creative team to get test link and mock approval for launches Create Weekly Launch Statuses for Sony media and creative teams Update weekly internal production calendar for deliverables Desired Skills & Experience Highly organized/detail oriented with strong time management skills Team player with positive attitude Outstanding verbal and written communication competency Ability to work effectively under pressure, making and meeting deadlines Possesses strong analytical and solutions-based skills Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets Strong comprehension of TV media landscape preferred Working knowledge of digital assets and DCM are a plus Experience in media Planning or Investment (both Planning & Investment a plus) Strong Excel experience, using Excel for data compilation, analysis, visualization, automation Knowledge of other tools – e.g. Sharepoint Strategic thinker with exceptional attention to detail Possess sound written, oral, and organizational skills LI-DNI Wage and Benefits We offer a Total Rewards package that includes medical and dental coverage, 401(k) plans, flex spending, life insurance, disability, employee discount program, employee stock purchase program and paid family benefits to support you and your family.
