Position Summary
Radiology Partners is seeking a Sr.
Analyst of Growth Strategy responsible for supporting the Regional Growth Team initiative, gathering and analyzing market intel, and providing strategic analytics.
The Sr.
Analyst of Growth Strategy will play an integral role in expanding RP’s presence in the markets that we currently serve by supporting growth initiatives in collaboration with Physician Leaders, Operations Executives, and the Business Development team.
This role is highly visible with significant growth opportunity in a privately owned and fast-growing organization.

Position Duties And Responsibilities
• Perform analytics, create/manage dashboards and support other general needs for the Regional Growth Team initiative
• Work closely with Director of Growth to help project manage the numerous Regional Growth Teams (building towards 18+ regional teams)
• Gather and maintain a repository of competitive and market intelligence
• Perform analytics to support other strategic growth priorities and projects
• Create self-serve and other analytics / intel tools for the broader business development team
• Organize and prepare materials for Regional Growth and Physician Growth meetings under direction of Director of Growth Strategy
• Travel Requirements: ~10-20%
Desired Technical And Professional Skills And Experience
• At least 2-3 years of analytics experience
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work closely with Sr.
Executives
• Strong analytic, quantitative and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated self-starter who is an excellent team player
• Knowledge of healthcare industry a plus
