Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for Coating Machine Operator in the Sylmar area. Responsibilities include operating coating machine ensuring that product is coated correctly and using appropriate substance. This is a temporary to hire opportunity for the right candidate. Responsibilities for this Coating Machine Operator position include, but are not limited to:

  • Set up, operation and cleaning of all equipment.
  • Setting up machine parameters and accurately mixing compounds per instructions.
  • Ability to check machine and product for errors.
  • Ability to understand and follow all department instructions.
  • Mixing chemicals together and pouring into batteries.
  • Complete documentations accurately in real time during the associated process steps.
  • Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as required by workload.

    • To be considered for this Coating Machine Operator position, you should:

  • Good communication skills and must be able to work from verbal and/or written instructions
  • 5 years of prior manufacturing experience required
  • Must be able to physically stand for the full shift, and lift up to 50lb
  • Must be able to work overtime
