We are working with a leading Foundry Services company for GaAs, GaN, HBT, BAW and other compound semiconductor devices. They are looking for an RF Engineer who will perform measurements on GaAs Wafers and ICs, and assist with GaAs Device modeling. We need a BSEE or MSEE, plus 2-7 years of experience doing RF measurements on GaAs Wafers or ICs, and good knowledge of RF devices. Experience with load pull and Power Amp test is ideal.
