Specialist, Talent Experiences & Gifting

The Specialist will play a key role in managing and growing our premium gifting efforts for talent across the U.S.

and Canada.

They will work cross-functionally on facilitating gifts for occasions including Awards, Life Moments, and Production.

They will strategize and work in collaboration with cross functional teams on special projects including VIP mailers, Events, and Holiday Gifting. They will be responsible for seeking out and partnering with brands to create one-of-a kind gifts and experiences.

This role requires strong project management skills and creative collaboration with Agencies and other external partners for special projects and high volume gifting moments.

They will assist with Gifting website growth and reach while building relationships with consultants, vendors, and brands to support the platform.

They will take on other duties, as assigned, to help support, grow, and scale this department. The Ideal Candidate Passionate and in the know about global trends in gifts, luxury goods, and hot-ticket itemsThoughtful; Interested in learning about the gift recipients Experience working with talent and their representatives, as well as high-level executivesExtremely organized and has impeccable attention to detail Articulate and understands the importance of great communication Accustomed to multitasking and meeting multiple tight deadlinesA proactive, positive and collaborative team member Works well under pressure with great project management skills to manage a high volume of projectsNot afraid to challenge the status quo by coming up with innovative and creative solutions and processes to help the team come up with efficiencies and scale the gifting program globallyCurious and eager to learn how things work, not only within their direct purview, but also within different parts of the companyAble to lead and offer guidance to other members of the teamAbility and willingness to work extended hours during holiday periodsHas good judgement and can coordinate the hiring of freelancers as needed across projectsRequirements: At least 7 years experience in a creative Entertainment or Marketing environmentProvide big-picture thinking and leadership experience Positive attitude and collaborative team playerA great work ethic, desire and commitment to accept increasingly greater challenges and responsibilitiesProficiency in Air Table, Microsoft Word, Excel and G-SuiteStrong copywriting skillsExperience with industry data tools (IMDB, Celebrity Intelligence)Knowledgeable of above the line talent and talent agenciesAbility to be discreet and maintain confidential informationPhotoshop and InDesign Skills a plus, but not a requirement Los Angeles, California /Streaming – Content Acquisition Core /Full-time
