Members can play, pause and resume watching, all without commercials or commitments.The Production Security & Intelligence Team supports our studio and publicity functions globally, including Netflix Original Productions and Netflix public-facing events across all verticals. This LA-based role will report to the Manager of Talent & Event Security.  The focus of this advisory and service-oriented role is to grow and maintain partnerships with cross-functional teams by managing the design, coordination, and execution of the security plan for events and experiences. Responsibilities: Manage overall security and logistics for Netflix Marketing and Publicity events and experiences, including drafting risk assessments, developing security plans, and managing vendorsCollaborate with Intelligence teams to evaluate and develop plans for events and experiencesDevelop and maintain effective business relationships with Local/State/Federal law enforcement, emergency response, and trusted security networksCoordinate with Awards, Publicity, and Marketing teamsProvide immediate stabilization and management of incidents impacting events and experiencesSupport productions regionally when requiredQualifications: 5 years of relevant experience, which can include executive/close protection, security, intelligence, military; with a focus on protection/security issues, or private sector event security managementPrior experience overseeing event security operationsExperience analyzing and mitigating risk in ambiguous circumstances while maintaining a professional demeanor and focusUndergraduate degree, preferably in a security, intelligence, emergency management or related subjectMust be business fluent in English; additional language proficiency a plusAbility to: Maintain an awareness of security trends affecting the global entertainment sectorWork both independently and on a team at a high level with little oversightCommunicate relevant security issues impacting talent relations to key stakeholdersTravel regionally as required (approximately 50%)This employer is a corporate member ofmyGwork – LGBTQ+ professionals, the business community for LGBTQ+ professionals,students, inclusive employers & anyone who believes in workplace equality.
