The Specialist, Talent Acquisition will work closely with the Senior Specialist, Talent and TA Team Leadership to source, cultivate and hire talent to fill clinical roles and ongoing administrative vacancies. Primary Talent Acquisition Responsibilities:
-High volume recruitment of ABA Behavior Interventionists for multiple states and regions, potentially scaling up to recruit more senior roles such as Program Managers (PM) and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

-Working in partnership with TA Leads to generate, maintain, and execute job advertisements/postings

-Sourcing candidates through Applicant Tracking System, networking, job boards, social media, referrals and utilizing other creative recruiting strategies to identify top talent

-Executes the full life-cycle recruitment process of identification of external talent including but not limited to:

-Sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers

-Assisting in the hiring process by preparing and extending offers, executing candidate negotiations, and performing reference checks

-Manages data quality of the Applicant Tracking System including updating candidate statuses, job statuses and requisition reporting

-Manage ad-hoc recruitment projects at the discretion of the Direct, Talent
Requirements
-1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition

-Demonstrated success in full cycle recruitment

-Proven interviewing skills, brand ambassador that can quickly assess candidate’s skill set, knowledge and cultural fit

-Detail-oriented and organized: keeps track of multiple projects and priorities using documented organizations tools, plans, timelines

-Self-disciplined: approaches work with consistency, reliability and punctuality

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills: able to communicate effectively without grammatical or spelling errors, public speaking experience a plus

-ATS and/or CRM exposure (experience preferred)

-Excellent interpersonal skills and team player attitude: able to build rapport and trust with colleagues and demonstrate alignment with team’s priorities

-Healthcare experience (ABA exposure preferred)
Work Demands

· Some evening work expected during high-volume recruitment periods
