TOTAL COMPENSATION PACKAGE Adams Group offers a competitive package including, but not limited to, the following: Starting at 15.00 an hour Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing Affordable Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Voluntary Life and Supplemental Insurance Plans Six Paid Holidays Progressive Time Off Plans based on tenure 401(k) Plans POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Solid Surface Manager, the finisher is responsible for finishing all solid surface countertops, wall panels, or any other structure or assemblies.

This position includes sanding, packaging, palletizing, staging, and loading of completed products for delivery.

Sand and finish solid surface countertops, wall panels or other structures and assemblies Package, palletize, stage and load complete products for delivery Perform job in cost-effective manner Always perform job safely including wearing safety glasses and ask for help with lifting Maintain a clean and safe work environment Maintain a positive attitude toward personal, department, and company goals Have respect for fellow employees and customers Assist in other areas of the plant as needed or directed Be on time and present for work daily Take responsibility for getting the work done in a timely manner Willing to share in any overtime Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: High School Degree or GED Ability to read shop drawings, blueprints and cut lists Ability to handle high dust environment and wear safety mask if/when needed Ability to visually differentiate between colors and textures Ability to work in a dynamic, high paced environment Basic communication skills Team player Math skills such as adding, subtracting, division, decimals and fractions.

High attention to detail, focusing on quality and accuracy.

Positive attitude Clean and neat appearance WORK HOURS: Average of 40-45 hours per week.

Start time 6:00 am; finish time 4:00 pm (subject to change based on job need), or the necessary hours needed to perform successfully.
