Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Complies with all company and OSHA safety policies and procedures
Attends weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions
Learning basic energy system terminology
Manages time effectively with a sense of urgency
Receptive to coaching
Work with basic hand and power tools
Installs solar modules along with all associated components
Pull, label, and terminate wires
Works with AC, DC, and Low Voltage systems
Maintains a clean and orderly workspace at all times
Works independently and on a team
Exercises a high level of professionalism
Provides an above-average experience to all customers
Travel flexibility (1-5 days)
Minimum Qualifications:
Electrical Trainee Card Required
OSHA 10 or 30 Required
1 year solar or electrical experience preferred
Must be self-driven, highly motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision
Basic NEC code knowledge, especially art.

250, 310, and 690
Understand conduit fill, wire sizing, grounding
Familiar with construction drawings and plans
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Valid drivers license
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 50+ pounds
Stand for long periods of time
Kneeling and bending over repeatedly
Able to work in extreme conditions (hot sun, crawl spaces, attics, etc.)
Able to safely handle material (ladders, solar modules, panel boards, roofing material, etc.)
Must be able to work at great heights
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50
– $30.00 per hour
