Small Business Credit Card Analyst III – Monday thru Friday 10:30am – 7pm

Job Description: Job Description Requires extensive knowledge of credit and/or non-card, unsecured lines of credit lending and policies, as well as all business related systems.

Possesses the highest level of non-management credit approval authority and typically handles higher risk or more complex credit applications.

Applies judgmental lending principles in decisioning Credit Card and Consumer Lending applications.

Responsible for optimizing relationship opportunities.

May assist in mentoring junior Credit Analysts and/or other business specific leadership opportunities.

Maintains focus on the customer experience and needs, while ensuring they are at the forefront of every decision.

Responsibilities Reviews applications for New Applications and potentially Existing Customer Credit Requests and makes decisions regarding creditworthiness for credit cards and/or non-card, unsecured lines of credit.

Includes review from a risk perspective, use of systematic tools for more accurate decisions and to determine credit line within approval authority limits.

Requires in-depth knowledge of credit card and/or non-card, unsecured lines of credit underwriting criteria.

Applies lending principles in decisioning Credit Card, Consumer Lending and/or Business Card applications.

Associates may be asked to optimize relationship opportunities, participate in queue work, initiate outbound calls and manage inward customer calls.

Maintains focus on the customer experience and needs, while ensuring they are at the forefront of every decision Associates should be able to derive business cash flow, analyze credit bureaus and have strong communication skills.

Required Skills & Experience
•Minimum of six months of customer contact experience
•Strong knowledge of Credit Card industry
•Excellent working knowledge of Federal and State regulations
•Knowledge of Bank of America lending philosophy
•Knowledge of credit reports and bureaus
•Ability to work independently in pursuit of goals; self-motivated, confident and enthusiastic
•Professional oral and written communication skills
•Strong analytical/problem solving skills Desired Skills & Experience
•Knowledge of ICDP and TSYS
•Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.

•Previous lending experience/lending authority
