Ras-a studio is a multidisciplinary design & build studio. Our portfolio includes various scales of residential, commercial, interior and landscape design.
We are looking for a site super for a new residential build in the Mar Vista area of Los Angeles. The position is contracted out and is for 30 hours per week (part time) for a 16 month long project. Pay schedule is $1400 per (30 hour) week, paid out bi-weekly.
Responsibilities
- Being on site daily from morning to afternoon (~6 hours per day)
- Distributing & Reviewing the Construction Drawings with the subs to make sure they understand the scope and intent
- Supervising the work being performed by subcontractors, making sure it’s following the quality and details prescribed in the construction drawings and discussions.
- Working with our Project Manager to help coordinate sub-contractors and schedule
- Fielding questions and RFIs from sub-contractors and relaying them to the design team via Project Manager.
- Keeping the job site clean and safe, and enforcing safety protocols
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Min 5 years experience in Architecture & Construction
Local (Los Angeles area)
