We currently have an opening for a Shipping ReceivingCoordinatorin ourGreenville, South Carolinafacility.
Responsibilities: Examine shipment contents and compare with records such as manifests, invoices, or orders to verify accuracy.Record shipment data, such as purchase orders, ship dates, carriers, damages, or discrepancies for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.Prepare documents, such as turnarounds, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materialsAudit all turnaround paperwork comparing to packing list to verify accuracyInitiate and file OS on any shortages, overages, or damages and initiate claims.Communicate with appropriate representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications.Schedule carriers for shipping and delivery of materials.Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock.Maintain raw material paperwork to ensure supervisor awareness any raw material item number changeCompile and audit all C of As and send to samplingTrain new employees when necessaryOther duties as assigned.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent2 years experience in similar roleMust foster and display a positive attitude towards team work and professionalismDemonstrate proficiency in RF and MS Office ApplicationsDisplay excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExcellent organizational skillsGood math skillsLegible handwritingGood problem solving and reasoning skillsAbility to perform some heavy liftingActively participate as a team memberGood attendance; must be flexible to assist with workloads without notice for planned/unplanned absencesOvertime required when needed (including weekends)
