JOB SUMMARYThe Shipping Assistant must check product accuracy prior to sending merchandise from the sales store to the distribution center.
It is the responsibility of the Shipping Assistant must verify that the product in hand is the same as the product on the packing ticket.
The Shipping Assistant is part of the eCommerce team but is based out of the store on King Street.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESMake labels for merchandise going to clients Prepare merchandise to be transferred from the store to the distribution center for shipping Check physical merchandise compared to the ticket to ensure accuracy WORK ENVIRONMENTThe Shipping Assistant must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, and lift for 100% of the day.
You must be able to stand and sit daily.
You must be able to lift at least 40 pounds.
