We are looking for a Shipping Assistant who can work well in a supportive position. As an Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative clerical office functions.

• check daily tasks/assignments from office coordinator
• receive (store if needed) incoming packages
• inspect the quality and take 2-3 pictures of each shipment and send them to your office coordinator
• consolidate (combine multiple packages into one)
• ship out packages to our customers
• weekly detailed report of each processed package/shipment to office coordinator
