We have locations in: Atwater Village, Burbank, Glendale, Santa Clarita, and Van Nuys Responsibilities: * Customer Service Provides guest service, resolves guest issues, understands and exceeds guest expectations, develops and maintains guest relationships* Team members Coaches team members, supervises employees during the shift, keeps track of attendance and ensures all policies and procedures are followed.* Handles POS transactions and payments with accuracy* Opening and closing registers* Ensures food and drinks are made quickly, efficiently and accurately* Complies with all food safety and sanitation guidelines* Maintain a clean/ neat work environment* Identifies and resolves, and report issues during the shift to management.
