Position Overview: A Salt & Straw Service and Safety Agent will support shop operations & customer service.
Primary Job Responsibilities: * Leadership of a professional, FUN & positive Team Member and Customer experience * Foster an environment of constant learning to continue to enhance the Customer experience * Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations by following and enforcing ServSafe regulations * Supports the successful completion and implementation of all safety related policies and procedures * Attends monthly safety meetings to report on shop level safety concerns * Performs all Team Member job duties including scooping and other tasks to ensure great customer service * Report Human Resources or Customer incidents to General Manager and Assistant General Manager The above points should not be considered an all-inclusive description of the job or job duties.
Team Members in all positions may be asked to perform other duties when needed, during times of co-workers absence, or to balance workload(s), retail process and/or retail volume changes.
Position Requirements: * 18 years old or older * Open availability, Monday
