Shift Coordinator

Job Purpose: To create a fun, enjoyable dining experience with fast friendly service, top quality products and high standards of cleanliness.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Understands and communicates with customers and fellow employees. Delegating work as needed to crew members.
Certified Service on Burger King GURU and ServSafe Certification.
Processes customer orders through a POS register, counts money and makes change.
Understands food preparation and assembly procedures, ensuring sufficient food is prepared for a days work and ensuring only top quality products are used.
Prepares all food in compliance with health and sanitation codes.
Maintains food preparation area, dining room, restrooms and adjacent outside areas in a clean and sanitary condition.
Completes customer orders by the pickup and placement of prepared food items and beverages on a serving tray or into carry out bags/containers.
Manages cash at opening, closing or shift changes. Counts safe, prepares drawers, verifies cash and store bank.
