ServiceNow Delivery Lead

The Work: Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs at Fortune 500 clients .

Advise clients on strategic decisions that help deliver collective outcomes on the ir ticketing roadmap, the CMDB transformation and platform DevOps.

Oversee the execution and architecture across (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).

Provide leadership oversight and guide additional programs at a Fortune 500 client that rely on the CMDB transformation and manage dependencies.

Oversee KPI measurement, connect RAID log across all ServiceNow programs and lead steering reviews with VP community and CIO/ CTO.

Coordinate and manage the relationship with the ServiceNow PS, Customer Success and Product Engineering leadership.

Lead and manage the implementation project team Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and/or Consulting companies Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Heres What You Need: Minimum 5 years knowledge and experience working with or implementing ServiceNow ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in depth ServiceNow experience Experience with MS Project Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Project Management/Delivery experience or certification in project management Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

If Associates Degree , must have minimum 6 years work experience Bonus Points If: PMP or CSM certification Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude Proven team player and team builder Strong organizational and analytical skills Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferred Professional Skill Requirements: Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment.

Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.

Excellent leadership and management skills.

As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
