This role will be critical in helping ensure multiple areas of administrative duties are fulfilled to successfully deliver on our service commitments in a timely and effective manner.
Administrative duties may include things like; handling and distributing mail, copying, printing, hospitality, reception, filing, or other services defined or outlined in EPIQ’s service agreement with client.
Successful candidates will have a “can do” attitude and always ensure quality service with a positive team-player mentality.What you’ll be doing…….Provide exceptional client service by learning all the necessary details of administrative work requests and then delivering as expected.Ensure accurate tracking, monitoring and recording of all charges, overtime, logs and entries throughout his/her shiftAnswer telephone inquiries, loading/unloading parcels, delivering of parcels, copying, binding, and faxing and guest requestsDue to the cyclical nature of the industry team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the firmVarious administrative duties as outlined by the Site ManagerAdditional duties which could be assigned………Mail/Distribution Services includes sorting, distributing and/or metering of US mail.
Always ensure projects have been properly produced and Quality Checked (QC’d) to EPIQ’s standard.
Ensure clients request and the delivery of faxes/parcels in a timely matter in accordance to EPIQ’s standardsCopy Services may include providing immediate attention to clients entering Copy/Mail Center in accordance with EPIQ’s standard of operation.
Accurately produce copy, print and scan projects in accordance to verbal and/or written instructionsReception may include answering incoming telephone calls and direct call traffic to the proper person.
Greet and announce visitors in a friendly and business-like manner.
Work closely with the client’s staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations as the first line of contact with the client’s visitorsHospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens.
Inspect and ensure that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use.
Organize and distribute client kitchen supplies.
Maintain inventory control and order supplies as needed.Floor Coordination may include being Responsible for the organization and upkeep of various satellite copy rooms throughout an assigned work area.
This includes the stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenance of the copier(s) in that area.Records Support includes participation with records and information staff in overseeing effective maintenance of records management systems including Interwoven File Creation, RFID File Tagging and Programming, File Retrieval, and Re
