Service Coordinator

The Service Coordinator will interact with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Interact with field personnel regarding their day to day.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Customer service experience required.
Work Environment
· Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position; typical work hours and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 . to 5 .
