Overview: We are seeking an experienced SEO Analyst to join our team on a full-time basis (This is a remote position) Advanced Recovery Systems is an integrated behavioral healthcare management company dedicated to the treatment of addiction, substance abuse, eating disorders and mental health issues.

Responsibilities: The SEO Analyst, Content Strategy role will help manage the execution and analysis of various content marketing strategies across our various web properties and local directory listings to help increase traffic and inbound calls from organic search.
Plan and implement local and national SEO campaigns.Execute technical SEO audits.Collaborate with outside agencies on projects and initiatives.Conduct keyword analyses.Optimize, publish, edit, update pages and posts on WordPress based websites.Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.Maintain strictest confidentiality; adheres to all HIPAA guidelines and regulations.Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks.Participates in professional societies.
Follows all state regulations for development regarding professional license Excellent computer skills and record keeping skills.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Ability to communicate accurately and concisely, written and oralExcellent interpersonal and telephone skills.Maintains positive relationships with all staff.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism or 1-3 years equivalent experience.Minimum 2 years managing SEO campaigns for large websites.Minimum 1 year managerial experience a plus.Proven track record of driving organic search performance and meeting KPI goals.Creativity as it pertains to formulating new strategies to drive performance.Solid understanding of search engine ranking factors and algorithms.Experience conducting competitive content and SEO analysis.Ability to leverage industry leading SEO tools and Google Analytics.Understanding of local search ranking factors and optimization techniques.
