Senior Testing Coordinator in KYC AML Application Tampa C13

Job Overview: Compliance Technology is requiring a Senior functional testing coordinator, preferably with business banking experience.

Testing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the implementation of Citi’s Global AML
– KYC initiatives, focusing on the planning and business testing phase of major and minor and releases.

Responsibilities: Coordination experience on a financial operations team (knowing how to engage with technology and business teams to ensure good communication and issue translation happens smoothly between them) Project management experience (having worked on project oriented teams, knowing to deliver, monitor and report activities as part of bigger project plans) Communication skills (able to engage with business, testing and development teams to ensure good testing coordination) Strong reporting skills (able to generate status updates and periodic reports on testing performance) Team work oriented (able to work as a partner in a global team, sharing knowledge, skills and responsibilities) Prepare regional testing plan, communicate it and keep it updated to ensure all required stakeholders are aware of it Review test cases with business and regional technology to ensure test cases do match with current business and IT model Ensure regional testing environments are ready, i.e.

ensuring data, entitlements and connectivity with other systems has been implemented and checked before start date Coordinate regional testing efforts by engaging with regional testing, business and technology teams to ensure test cases are completed on time and up to the required standards Engage technology teams to ensure any technical issues are promptly resolved during testing cycles Document any issues, concerns or deviations from the plan and communicate them Obtain sign off and successfully close and document testing completion Requirements: 5 years’ experience testing project management and Know Your Customer (KYC) expertise 5 years proficient in Application management lifecycle tools 3 years proficient in MS Office Some knowledge of business modeling, process engineering and methodologies Coordination experience on a financial operations team (knowing how to engage with technology and business teams to ensure good communication and issue translation happens smoothly between them) Ability to understand the scope of the implementation, identify the internal Technology, external technology, regional and global business testing stakeholders.

Communication skills (able to engage with business, testing and development teams to ensure good testing coordination) Strong reporting skills (able to generate status updates and periodic reports on testing performance) Good understanding of KYC processes.

KYC knowledge is preferred (not mandatory).

Education: Bachelors Degree The job main duties and responsibilities include: Manage the testing coordination for releases.

Work with the scope of the implementation, identify the internal Technology, external technology, regional and global testing teams and prepare a comprehensive testing strategy document for the major implementations.

Lead the effort to engage the stakeholders and identify the testing requirements and dependencies like data, environment and connectivity to external applications.

Ensure testing environments are ready, i.e.

ensuring data, entitlements and connectivity with other systems has been implemented and checked before start date Prepare testing plan, communicate it and keep it updated to ensure all required stakeholders are aware of it Ensure the documented process of testing management guidelines is followed.

Document any issues, concerns or deviations from the plan and communicate them to stakeholders and senior management.

Coordinate testing efforts by engaging with business testing teams, business and technology teams to ensure test plans and test cases are completed on time and up to the required standards Tracking and reporting the business testing phase of Major and Minor implementations.

Working with the stakeholders in document any issues, risks, deviations associated with the implementations and communicate them.

Triage and timely analysis of issues.

Engage technology teams to ensure any technical issues are promptly resolved during testing cycles.

Obtain sign off and successfully close the testing completion.

Engage all the stakeholders and conduct lessons learnt sessions to identify areas of improvement.

Workout a plan to address the areas of improvement and track it to completion.

Report the outcome of the lessons learnt to the CitiKYC Oversight Sub-committee (COC).
