Mid-sized, rapidly growing CPA firm has an opening for a Senior Tax Associate to join the team:
- Tax experience: 3 years (Required)
- Work authorization (Required)
- CPA (Preferred)
1. A love for public accounting and tax work!
2. Someone who truly finds joy helping and serving other people in a team environment.
3. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn from those with whom you will work.
4. Is a licensed CPA.
5. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of tax and accounting experience working at a public accounting firm.
6. Experience using Lacerte, QuickBooks, and QuickBooks Online; experience using Quicken a plus.
7. Experience preparing individual, corporation, S-corporation, partnership, non-profit, and fiduciary income tax returns.
8. Experience cleaning up QuickBooks files and assisting clients with finalizing their year-end accounting in QuickBooks; experience training and consulting with clients on how to use QuickBooks a plus.
9. Experience preparing and filing sales and use tax returns, business property tax statements, and Forms 1099.
10. Experience processing payroll and preparing payroll tax returns.
