One of the industry’s world-leading talent management agencies, specialised in digital & entertainment talents (influencers, creators and celebrities) – with offices in London and the USA.
Who are they looking for?
A Senior Influencer Talent Agent for their talent division in Los Angeles, US to manage represent and develop the growth of a roster of talent, whilst also work directly with famous clients and brands, securing partnerships and sponsorships to guarantee the success of the company.
What you will be working on? – Responsibilities
- Lead the outreach and representation of digital talent to add to the agency’s roster.
- Managing the development of innovative and integrated campaigns for influencers and social media talents and brands, ensuring the uniqueness of their content.
- Supporting the production and implementation of effective business pitches and presentations, in order to nurture successful partnerships and collaborations with new talents, brands and clients.
- Negotiate brand partnerships and contracts with new potential clients and brands.
Requirements
- Min 4-5 years of experience within a talent management/influencer marketing agency is essential.
- Extremely organise with excellent skills in the prioritisation of tasks.
