About the Role: Arctic Wolf is looking for an experienced and proactive individual to join our team to execute and analyze equity related activities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the administration of our global equity program while contributing to the development of a dynamic and growing team.

You will bring your global stock administration experience and your passion for excellent customer service to all levels of our team as we scale to new heights.

You will partner closely with the Accounting, Finance, Legal and People Teams to ensure that processes and roles are aligned to support the Company’s rapid growth.

You will also serve as a point of contact for all internal and external inquiries related to equity.

Responsibilities: Administer equity incentive and ESPP plans.

Ensure all new grants, equity transactions, tax withholding, and ESPP enrollments and purchases are accurately processed, settled, and reconciled timely.

Ensure new grants are communicated to participants and accepted timely.

Collaborate with global Payroll partners and People team to ensure accurate, complete employee data and proper taxation, filings, and compliance.

Communicate and manage blackout periods.

Serve as a resource for participants’ questions including employees, investors, and other stakeholders about all equity-related transactions, including vesting, expiration, exercise, and sale of shares.

Collaborate with Legal and People teams to develop training materials and resources to support employee understanding of equity awards, 409A valuations, tax consequences, and company programs.

Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and People teams to communicate materials, compliance, grant process, and management reports.

Collaborate with Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People teams to timely produce tax documents (W2, 1099-MISC, Forms 3921 and 3922) and support Rule 701 disclosures or other stock reporting requirements.

Foster an environment of continuous improvement focusing on streamlining, improving, and automating processes.

Maintain positive, collaborative working relationships with outside vendors.

Support timely financial, human resources, and legal reporting.

Provide ad hoc and monthly reports to heads of Legal, Finance, Accounting, and People teams as requested.

Provide support for or prepare daily journal entry for option exercises, ad hoc for releases and ESPP purchases.

Initiate stock-based compensation calculation for all type of awards and ESPP monthly.

Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliations of all equity-related transactions, including share usage and shares remaining.

Assist in public reporting through SEC filings that include proxy statements, quarterly and annual reports, and Section 16 reporting (e.g., Forms 3,4,5).

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 5 years of administrative and project experience Certified Equity Professional certification preferred Experience helping a company through the IPO process Experience with Shareworks and other equity management platforms Equity Edge Online/ETRADE experience Proficient in Microsoft operating systems and applications; Advanced in Excel Strong communication (written and verbal) skills and attention to detail Multi-tasking and time management skills, and an ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment Experience with U.S.

federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and general knowledge of global taxation Strong understanding of public company stock ownership and the full cycle of equity transaction Knowledge of accounting standards relating to equity compensation and related financial disclosures A passion for equity and helping our employees understand it Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of materials and information Ability to exercise independent judgment in escalating issues within broadly defined practices and policies Security Requirements
