Description The Scrum Master role helps scrum teams reach peak productivity by facilitating Scrum ceremonies, assisting the Product Owner with maintaining a healthy and actionable backlog, identifying and resolving roadblocks, tracking progress, and identifying and acting on opportunities for continuous improvement. As a coach and a mentor, this person will educate others on Agile related topics by focusing on Agile behaviors rather than Agile Practices, will lead the teams in being Agile rather than simply doing Agile. In Program and Project Management role, responsible for identifying and tracking cross-team dependencies, conducting Scrum of Scrums and driving value delivery across multiple teams. Experience needed 5-10 years as a Scrum Master working in technology Agile teams delivering solutions on an aggressive schedule Hands on experience with Agile methodologies and enabling teams through coaching Certified Scrum Master (CSM or ACP) Strong Preference for SAFe certified professionals Experience working in a multi-team andor matrix environment Lead multiple Agile teams and drive Agile transformation across the enterprise Proficient with JIRA and be able to evolve planning, tracking, measuring and communicating via core JIRA and relevant Atlassian add-ons Nice to Have Scaled Agile (SAFe) Certification Experience with Marketing Technology.
