If you’re interested in a long and rewarding career working with the #1 ranked most admired engineering / construction company in the world, and the industry’s best and most innovative engineers, then Jacobs is where you belong. We are looking for a Senior Project Controls professional in Los Angeles, CA, to support our Program Management Team.  As a key member of our collaborative program support team, you’ll will have the chance to work on project teams using your expertise in forecasting, change management, cost management, project budget analysis, project earn value measurement tracking, risk management, proposals, cashflow and reporting tools. You will assist with managing the overall program cost controls and reporting function by providing client management, updates, and presentations at all levels of management.  At Jacobs, we’re partnering across the globe to create the best project outcomes by maximizing the design, digital technology, and support capabilities of our Global Integrated Delivery (GID) teammates.

We’ll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what inspires you – so we can make big impacts on the world, together. Here’s What You’ll Need:7+ years of project cost controls experience within building construction projectsIntermediate level experience with construction management software (e-Builder, Gordian Cloud, or equivalent) and scheduling software (MS Project or equivalent). Prior experience with planning and cost controlling support for multiple projects, including, cash flow forecast, variation reporting, monitoring of schedule milestones.Prior experience in CPM Scheduling with Primavera P6, cost engineering functions, including cost control, change management and cost projection analysis. Ideally, here’s what you’ll also have:  Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related degree. Primavera P6 resource and cost loading. Skills with Excel Macro level, Databases (MS Access), Power BI and dashboard development. MS Project experience.
