Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
- Set, Install, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
- Define and set development, test, release, update, and support process for DevOps operation
- Set up tools and required infrastructure
- Monitor the processes during the entire lifecycle for its adherence and update / create new process for improvement and minimization of the wastage
- Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
- Troubleshoot techniques and fix the code bugs
- Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
- Select and deploy appropriate CI/CD tools
- Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
- Timely report on the log sheet for the rapid response to any glitches
- Coordinate and communicate within the team and with customers
.Requirements:
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting Linux / Windows based environments
- Solid experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, Apache, NGINX)
- Experience with containerization (e.g., KVM, Hyper-V, Docker, Kubernetes..)
- Experience with monitoring systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ..)
- Solid scripting skills (e.g., shell scripts, Python, Ansible ..)
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Infrastructure design
