About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly efficient Senior Product Analyst to join our growing team to help us improve product features, measure the impact of product features and experiments, build dashboards to monitor product health and derive user behavior insights that inform product development roadmap and strategy to unlock the next stage of Cozymeal’s growth. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, intellectually curious, and a clear communicator.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Product Manager with sprint planning.
- Manage and track the status of products throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to design and implement specifications for new features and tools.
- Improve product features, measure the impact of product features and experiments.
- Partner with Sales and the Community to ensure effective training and communications to key stakeholders.
- Complete and document any process mapping and process redesign/improvement opportunities that will be used for effective training and process/product improvements.
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts and translate it into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team for their guidance.
- Design KPIs / KRIs that can be used by stakeholders to track progress and identify areas that require further change/remediation.
- Analyze trends and pore through our data to answer critical business and product questions.
- Manage dependencies of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
- Support the delivery of additional initiative outcomes as required.

Requirements Include:
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in product design, engineering, computer science, mathematics, business or similar field.
- Must have experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- Experience working in online marketplaces is a plus!
- Experience working in a startup environment is a plus!
- Must be detail-oriented and must be capable of delivering a high levels of accuracy.
- Able to think analytically, solve problems to complex business processes, and document results.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Project management experience is preferred but not required.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Google suite and Excel
Hours: 20 hours per week or full-time (40 hours/week)
