As a Senior Producer within the Office of Games COO, you will report to the Director of Strategy and primarily support Games Pillar Leadership.
As a delivery-focused Producer, you will partner with the Games COO chief of staff to deliver and improve upon Games Pillar leadership operations.
You will be the custodian of strong delivery processes internal to the team and ensure that collaboration with other teams runs smoothly.
You will oversee delivery, building work systems, maintaining execution, and providing stakeholders and customers with visibility on complex deliverables.
You will also ensure the team works at a sustainable pace and continuously improves.
Responsibilities Drive and support the design of Games Pillar leadership right processes and partner with other producers and program managers to get them implemented and reinforced Develop the work systems used by Games Pillar Leadership and across Games Pillar teams, including how project teams in Office of Games COO are structured, how various teams report status back to pillar leadership, and how multi-team work is coordinated Support chief of staff and operations leads to ensure teams make and meet commitments Ensure all projects achieve high-quality results that meet business objectives Develop accountability rituals wherein teams review their commitments/delivery and hold each other accountable for them, celebrate successes, and learn from failures Develop systems to ensure problems with delivery are regularly and quickly diagnosed and addressed Create production plans, schedule, budgets, forecasts, and other planning and project tracking devices that ensure projects are delivered on time on quality Ensure that conflicts within and between project / program teams are resolved effectively Understanding and execute against higher level strategies Required Qualifications BA/BS degree 6+ years of production experience in a dynamic professional environment such as games, tech, entertainment/media, etc.
Experience with various development methodologies and their applications (e.g.
