The successful candidate will manage multiple integration laboratories for efforts within the Advanced Program operating unit. The role requires the creation of lab spaces and managing of the labs to support rapid development, agile operational readiness, and system configuration control. The integration environment will cover a broad spectrum electronic devices from the component level to the fully integrated system. As a member of the Test and Evaluation Engineering department, the successful candidate will support the stakeholder programs in the integration and testing of various systems supporting in collaboration with multiple engineering teams.This position requires that the selected candidate work on-site in Northridge, CA; telework is not available for this position.Job ResponsibilitiesManage and support the development of lab spaces in collaboration with engineers and security to develop and test missile components and subsystems.Provide inputs into the architecting of integration facilities that involves identifying and specifying state of the art lab equipment, identifying infrastructure requirements, and managing the procurement of hardwareIntegration and test of hardware and software on a wide range of systems in collaboration with a diverse group of engineersCreate test plans and perform tests to verify proper operation of equipment and test hardwareSkilled at troubleshooting, problem solving and developing innovative technical solutions to complex test issuesWork with internal and external customers to define and document instrumentation, data requirements, and test planning including data acquisition, processing, and analysis to satisfy test objectivesMaintain the lab spaces to ensure an organized, clean, and safe work areaBasic Qualifications:High school diploma and 13+ years of related experience. Will consider a BS in Engineering (or related) discipline, 9 years of experience with BS; 7 years with Masters; 4 years with PhD.Current active Secret clearance or higher.Experienced in the design, development, and implementation of testing methods and equipmentAble to work independently with minimal direction and act as team lead for larger test effortEffective communication skillsPreferred QualificationsSecret Clearance Periodic Reinvestigation within the last 5 yearsWorking knowledge of programmable logic devicesExperience using Matlab or other high level scripting languageProficient in the use of Logic Analyzers, Software Based Debugging tools, In-Circuit Emulators, RF Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Signal Generators#NGSkillsSalary Range: $114,300 USD $171,500 USDEmployees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
