As a member of Power Management team, you will be prototyping low-power solutions for various design blocks.

You will be collaborating with architects, RTL and Platform, and software teams to analyze and implement low-power solutions for next generation Intel GPU products.

As a firmware engineer you will be responsible for development and Post-silicon debug to support microcontroller firmware for a variety of technologies.This role will provide the opportunity to use your technical knowledge of firmware development to deliver IP firmware content for microcontrollers platform firmware and other execution environments.You will help with the following responsibilities:Oversees definition, design, verification, and documentation for SoC (System on a Chip) development.Determines architecture design, Firmware design, and simulation.Reading Specifications and interpreting technical specs, Firmware development.C++ and Advanced SW development skills
– Clean Code principles, Software Development.Post-silicon debug experience preferred or at minimum SoC level emulation debug experience.Debug skills and willingness to drive resolution of critical issues.Debug tools such as ITP and Python scripting.Experience with firmware patching for debug purposes is a plus.Work with partner Intel’s organizations understand their validations plans for the specific change and define additional coverage as necessary.Low level firmware development including design and implementation of code that interacts directly with hardware.What we offer: We give you opportunities to transform technology and create a better future, by delivering products that touch the lives of every person on earth.

QualificationsYou must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position.

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.Minimum skills and experience:You must possess a minimum of Bachelor’s degree in computer/Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years of industry experience.Your experience should be in the following:Post-silicon Firmware debug experience.Embedded FW (Firmware development experience in a high-level language (C/C++).Software development skills (devolvement, validating, testing, debugging, etc.).Object-Oriented Programming Techniques and scripting tools
