- You have been an excellent individual contributor (IC) and feature, or team lead of an Objective C/Swift client team at Series A or greater funded mobile startup or top tier mobile company that has more than 1M users
- Must love SWIFT
- You are excited to support the client team’s initiatives in messaging, connecting, and location
- You are diligent and design software architecture in a scalable manner
- You ship reliably and the team can count on you
- The team can look up to you to mentor them as they grow their skill sets and careers
- You understand how to prioritize tech debt and move forward as well as how to debug thoroughly and chase down data and metrics inconsistencies
- You have 3-5+ years of Swift and Objective C and strong familiarity with Apple frameworks such as payments and location
