Anchor Talent has partnered with a global heavy machinery manufacturer who is looking to hire an Export Specialist for a new division within the organization.
This role will mange the day-to-day oversight of partner exports and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities Oversee the transfers and exports for orders placed through partner company e-commerce platform Manage and release orders for fulfillment Adhere to export compliance, recordkeeping and resolve any issues that arise Review backlogs, missing orders, and expedite shortages and products as needed Partner with internal and external customers to ensure order throughput Ensure RPL screening and compliance – escalate as needed Maintain customer files and materials Requirements Trade compliance experience and knowledge (export coding, paperwork, forms) 5-7 years customer service within a distribution center, supply chain, or logistics industry Excellent communication skills Excellent project management skills – sense of urgency Quicker learner and easily picks up on systems/technology/ERP Employment : Direct Hire Location : Hybrid Role – 2 days in office (Garland) Hours : Flexible hours (9:00-3:30 core) Compensation : $70,000 midpoint
