Senior Executive Assistant THE ROLE: We are searching for an experienced Executive Assistant who is high energy and thrives in a constantly evolving business environment.
In this role supporting our SVP, you will partner with other executive assistants and interact with various levels of management, customers, and employees,while handling day to day priorities.
The environment is fast paced, dynamic, and collaborative.
THE PERSON: The ideal candidate will have significant experience navigating a complex C-Suite environment and be comfortable interacting with employees of all levels.
To be successful, you will need strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, and the ability to gather information and make decisions independently.
Being proactive and anticipating the needs of the executive is essential as you prioritize time, schedules, inquiries and information.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Owns the executive calendar; Coordinates across C-suite execs, customers, and team members to drive effective collaboration for the executive.
Arranges domestic and international travel schedules and reservations.
Ensures “on the road” time is productive and efficient.
Interfaces with various levels of management, customers, and other executive visitors.
Redirects inquiries and problems to staff members for responses and resolutions as necessary.
Reviews and answers mail and inquires on own initiative and determines if executive action is required.
Exercises judgment and initiative with high degree of flexibility.
Owns the executive’s partner relationships and drives regular networking interaction between the executive and AMD partners.
Orders and maintains inventory of departmental supplies.
Coordinates necessary equipment or facilities repairs or changes.
Supports the department’s financial processes, including budgets, contracts, purchase orders, payments, vendor relations, etc.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Prior experience supporting C-suite level in a fast paced environment.
Prior experience managing complexities of global travel.
Ability to use a variety of office automation tools and software (Office 365, Teams, SAP, etc.).
Ability to interface with various levels of management, customers, and employees to exchange information and take appropriate action.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
