in Engineering and/or Construction Management;* 15+ years of related electrical estimating experience in large institutional projects (rail, civil, airports, water, hospital, university, large office, etc.);* Excellent MS Excel skills;* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;* Ability to work effectively with architects, engineers and owners;* Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and projects to ensure client satisfaction;* Accredited P.Q.S., RICS, or AACE accreditation preferable, but not required.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONOur business is thriving and we offer unlimited opportunities for growth and career advancement.
