MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Spearhead customer acquisition strategies and oversee their complete execution.
  • Manage our existing customer acquisition across all paid channels: FB, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit and Bing, Streaming, direct mail, etc
  • Create A/B tests for digital ads and website optimizations.
  • Develop and manage internal performance trackers for extensive ad campaigns and landing pages optimization.
  • Innovate and tap into new customer acquisition channels.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with various in-house teams and external agencies for optimized resource allocation to drive customer acquisition.
  • Lead a dedicated internal team for ad campaigns and conversion optimization.
  • Design landing pages tailored for new customer acquisitions campaigns, including advertising, influencers, etc.
  • Product Optimization – understand which products drive the most efficient CAC on new customers.
  • Allocate budget across high-performing digital advertising channels, prioritizing customer volume and long-term value.
  • Partner with our retention lead to methodically re-engage non-buyers, focusing on product offerings and content to facilitate conversions.

  • Growth-driven mindset.
  • Expertise in crafting creative briefs grounded in ad performance data.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in conversion rate optimization.
  • Managed multimillion-dollar ad campaigns across major digital platforms.
  • Deep understanding of customer-centric marketing strategies.
  • Aptitude for decoding customer purchasing behaviors.
  • Relevant experience in Ecommerce, preferably within baby apparel.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Record of excellence in conversion and creative ad optimization.
  • Fantastic team player to execute in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with a brand boasting 8-figure website revenue.
