This Desktop Support Analyst role is long-term temporary in nature and is located in the Los Angeles, California, area.
Responsibilities
– Settle computer problems, and offer suggestions on appropriate action/solutions
– Provide support on a variety of computer hardware and software issues by identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems
– Maintain, analyze, and fix computer systems, hardware, printers, and computer peripherals
– Create records of daily data communication transactions, issues and remedial actions taken or installation activities
– Communicate regularly and effectively with ticket submitters
– Offer computer desktop support in accordance with established policies and procedures
– Coordinate hardware repairs with the appropriate vendors

Job Requirements:
– Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
– 5+ years of desktop support or other related experience
– Encryption Technologies experience preferred
– MS Windows 10 experience highly preferred
– Data Encryption experience desired
– Microsoft Office experience highly valued
– Microsoft SCCM
– System Cntr Config Mgr experience
– Previous experience working with Apple iOS
– General familiarity with Migration Activities
– Demonstrated knowledge of Migration
– Practical knowledge of Microsoft Windows
– Hands-on experience with Data Encryption
– Comprehension of Microsoft Office 365
– Microsoft SCCM experience preferred
– Checkpoint Firewall experience
– Checkpoint experience required
– Earlier work involving Active Directory
– BitLocker experience
– Background working with MS Windows 7 in an Active Directory environment
– Adeptness in Data Migration
– Experience with Automation
– Prior experience with encryption
– Good understanding of Apple Macintosh
