Senior Coordinator, Worldwide Music Clearance

Paramount is a subsidiary of ViacomCBS, which reaches 700 million global subscribers through MTV, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, BET and other media networks.The Worldwide Music Clearance team is seeking a Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic team! Our team works to obtain the licenses to every piece of music that appears in film. This position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of music clearance for Theatrical Marketing Worldwide & Home Video marketing as assigned by the Vice President, Worldwide Music Clearance.Responsibilities include but not limited to:* Work to confirm that all cue sheets have been submitted for all Domestic, International & Home Video A/V materials through Media Vu or P.R.I.M.E. This includes: Trailers, TV/Radio spots, In-Theater Promos, Cross-Promos, Digital, Online, Mobile, Making Of’s, Featurettes & Behind the Scenes pieces* Verify that submitted cue sheets meet the Paramount Theatrical Music Clearance cue sheets submission standard by validating all information is correct* Ensure clearance notes for versions are correct and/or indicate which cues need to be cleared or require additional rights* Provide electronic copies of the film scores for creative executives (Domestic & International)* Request Final Aired ISCI Report, International TV charts and Home Entertainment Aired TV charts for all TV/Radio spots once the film campaigns are completed and determine which cue sheets have not been submitted* Request updated International trailer charts from International finishing department and music bed files from AV creative vendor for all Final AV materials* Prepare Domestic, International & Home Video A/V materials Final Music Memos* Verify that every finished spot that was shipped and aired should be paid and remove any spots that were shipped but not aired* Generate final memos of music clearance costs for all A/V Materials* Distribute memos to internal and external partners* Forward long-form music licenses & a copy of the confirmation that require signature to the music department* Create files for all films and file all necessary music clearance paperwork* Provide back-up to Vice President of Music Clearance (as needed)* Provide general office dutiesBasic Qualifications:* BA/BS degree in Marketing, Advertising or related/similar field* 2-3 years of music clearance or related work required (strong internship experience considered)Additional Qualifications:* Scrupulous about detailed work* Strong organizational skills and ability to work well under time constraints* Be able to multi-task and balance priorities and deadlines in a demanding and fast environment* Self-motivated* Excellent communications skills (written & verbal)* Proficient with MS Office package* Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software Program a plus* Commitment to improvementViacomCBS is an equal opportunity employer (EOE) including disability/vet.At ViacomCBS, the spirit of inclusion feeds into everything that we do, on-screen and off.
