KARL STORZ Endoscopy-America, Inc. (KSEA), an affiliate of KST, is headquartered in El Segundo, California, and is responsible for all U.S. distribution and sales of endoscopes, instruments, imaging systems, electromechanical devices, and OR1 operating room integration technologies.

Responsible for daily requests from the sales force that include but not limited to the following: pricing analysis in regards to blind discount, financial summaries; lease proposals, lease contract information on current and expired schedules.

Provide sales support to the KSC Area Finance Managers and serve as KSC backup when AFM’s are travelling or on vacation.

  • Assist in preparation of lease buyout process.
  • Assist in preparation of monthly lease reports distributed to management that give detail to lease portfolio for trending and analysis of future KSC products / promotions.
  • Manage lease assets tied to each schedule through term and at termination with generation of lease return equipment reports.
  • Provide educational / marketing support to the KSEA field sales on all KSC lease programs.
  • Serves as a liaison between internal and external customers on all leasing deals and provide necessary information to resolve issues, discrepancies, etc.
  • Prepare lease booking packets with supporting documentation to be submitted to Customer Support in a timely manner for processing.
  • Submit check request packets for lease buyouts with supporting documentation for presentation to the Accounting Team for approval.
  • Responsible for generating the Lease Buyback Retrieval Report on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with Sales Representatives to ensure lease equipment issued through RMA process is returned in a timely manner for proper credit issuance.
  • Assist KSC Operations Manager in managing the MTFC / KSC Portfolios including Invoicing, Collections and Account Reconciliations.
  • Perform ad hoc projects and reports as requested by management.

Essential Functions :

  • Knowledge and adherence to Guidelines and Procedures as they are described in the annual education module.

  • Adhere to current organizational Performance Improvement priorities.
  • Additional Essential Functions: Serves as liaison between customers and sales dept. in all leasing transactions
  • Requires an understanding of the principles of Finance / Accounting

Qualifications :

  • A minimum education level of a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 2 to 4 years of experience.
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
  • Additional Qualifications desired: Team player; Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge and understanding of equipment leasing and financing.
  • Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer. PowerPoint, T-Value and SAP.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to interact with interdepartmental staff.
  • Proficient in meeting deadlines and handling simultaneous and diversified projects.
  • Willing to travel on a limited basis.
