You”ll be managing the implementation of a system that helps employees by giving them better-defined careers paths, opening more opportunities, and establishing proper compensation support.

In this role, you will develop and execute the project plans, deliverables, timelines, and process maps, coordinate and collaborate with others for all phases of projects through completion, and provide general compensation support such as classification and salary reviews, market studies, wage increase costing projects, and special projects.

– 5 years of progressive experience in compensation administration or compensation consulting.

Dedicated Compensation experience.

Advanced knowledge of compensation practices and programs.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

The ability to establish rapport with a wide variety of constituents including clients, colleagues, and all levels of management.

Strong writing skills to develop correspondence, procedures, reports, job analysis findings, and other materials as needed.

Track record of successfully applying a client -oriented, consultative, and flexible approach in analysis and resolution of issues at all levels in the organization.

Demonstrated success in working collaboratively with team members and achieving unit goals and strategic objectives.

Skill in researching information and analyzing complex data to arrive at valid conclusions, recommendations, and plans of action.

Bachelor”s degree in a related field and/or combination of education and experience: Master”s degree preferred.

Healthcare industry experience preferred.

PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Career Tracks classification system or other classification system implementation experience preferred.

Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
