Business Operations Analyst to join our team.

The Sr.

Business Operations Analyst joins a department that helps AHIMA’s leaders hone the levers for growth and future business opportunities to focus on, all the while building a culture of data-driven decision-making.

The person in this position will lead projects end to end, from a cross functional vantage
– by getting into the depth of our data, providing operational, analytical, and user support to presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.

Responsible for the overall coordination, implementation, execution, and successful completion of projects to ensure consistency with company initiatives and to make sure customers and clients are pleased with their level of service.

In addition to overseeing business processes, this role will be responsible for ensuring the sales team is successful in their day-to-day activities overseeing a consistent, smooth, systematic sales process that enables growth and scalability and is expected to manage market initiatives and maximize business performance to reach the customer and AHIMA goals.We are looking for someone who is highly responsible and self-directed with the capacity to function with a substantial amount of latitude for independent judgment.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESBusiness OperationsWork to identify opportunities to improve business operations by defining the deliverables, timelines, and resources necessary to achieve objectives.

Analyze customer and market data to develop recommendations for business growth.Collect and analyze data to identify sales opportunities, assist with marketing strategies, and forecast market movements.Partner with executive team to plan and execute yearly and quarterly strategic goals, and annual strategic planning process.Delivery supportCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation that communicates progress to appropriate to staff.

Act as the go-to first point of contact for all questions, feedback, and requests related to AHIMA custom deliverables.Coordination of data within the AHIMA organization, with key responsibility for providing insights on how information should be collected and maintained assuring data quality and integrity.Assist with data cleansing and data mining customer database to assist with customer intel for up-sell, cross-sell, and account management.B2B Customer SuccessProvide day-to-day end-user support, including system configuration and assist users with best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge.

Oversee process improvement efforts to ensure effective and efficient onboarding customer experience and other critical processes.

Business Development SupportAssist in configuration, testing, documentation, and updating tasks relating to CRM workflow and systems, and other lead generation tools.Participation in new product development and product roadmap discussions, providing key informatics insights as well and potential product or market trends and shifts.Analyzing large amounts of performance data to create daily, weekly, monthly reports that will provide actional business insights to understand changing market demands.

Provide thought leadership on large, cross-functional client facing projects and build optimal solutionsUtilizing query-based tools (such as SQL), design, run, and analyze quantitative sales and product information and other sources of data to better understand and improve AHIMA products and services; identify sales drivers; improve bottom line net income; and provide key insights into data trends throughout the organization.

QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Business, a quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience5 years of business operations experience required2 years of project management and planning experience requiredExperience in high growth organization or rapid pace environmentExperience working with cross-functional teams to meet customer’s needsHealthcare industry knowledge and/or experience a plusExperience and proficiency with CRM systems (Dynamics, Salesforce, etc.)Proficient in Excel, Business Intelligence toolsSuperior analytical, critical thinking and quantitative skillsExcellent business judgment, along with a desire to use problem-solving techniques to evaluate solutions.
