Overview As part of a high-performance, fast-moving, and collaborative GTM Operations team, your role will require high cross functional collaboration & communication, and strong analytical skills.
Participate in the Annual sales compensation design and implementation process.
Assist in project managing the design timeline.Own the business requirements for Xactly configuration and implementation.Report & Analyze Sales headcount, capacity and productivity.Assist with monthly and quarterly analyses to measure compensation plan performance including variance to budget, correlation between result and payouts by individual contributor and manageMonthly Sales compensation administration, including: Managing plan component inputs for new employees and changes to existing roles.Provide approved credit and/or commission splits/holds, as well as any other exceptions to impact quota credit or commissionsManage ongoing escalations and become POC for all cross functional teams.Manage MBO and other bonuses paid outside the Sales Incentive tool.Act as a single point of contact in the sales organization for sales plan, rules and policy questions & complex compensation issues.
You may be a good fit for our team if you have Ideally 5 years of work experience in either FP Analytics roles, Sales Operations Analytics, or Sales compensation Administration and reporting.Must be highly proficient in Google G-Suite / Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce and technically savvy for other data systemsStrong process development and writing experienceDemonstrated project management capabilities and experience with the administration of high-performance sales team compensation plansExperience with Xactly Incent (desired but not required)Must be highly motivated, quick thinker and learner and can work independently as well as part of a teamOrganized, detail oriented and methodicalAbility to grow and think outside the boxWillingness to jump in and assist in other projects
