We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Business Analyst specializing in Procurement with a strong focus on Ivalua to join our CGI team.
This position is located in our Los Angeles, CA office; however a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Leverage your expertise in procurement processes and technology to drive efficiency, enhance supplier management, and optimize procurement strategies.
As a key player on our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration of Ivalua into our procurement ecosystem.

Assist our clients by identifying, specifying and analyzing requirements and processes, managing progress throughout the design, test and implementation process.

Key responsibilities:
Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify procurement needs and translate them into functional specifications
Configure, test, and deploy Ivalua solutions to meet business requirements
Develop detailed process maps, business requirements documents, and functional specifications
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and performance of the Ivalua platform
Provide end-user training and support to maximize adoption and utilization of Ivalua
Conduct data analysis to identify opportunities for procurement optimization and cost savings
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
What you’ll bring
5+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience
Interact and Communicate with Client at all phases of Project Lifecycle
Advise Clients on industry best practices, technology insight and recommend processes that align with a Clients requirements
Document processes and design requirements in accordance with key deliverables from a Statement of Work
Drive the technology implementation projects through the phases of Mobilization and Discovery, Data Gathering and Design, Build, Test (UAT, SIT, etc.), and Deploy (Go-Live)
Support training delivery, as needed
Update Client weekly status update with Project Managers for delivery to Client
Actively participate in reoccurring internal meetings related to Client Projects
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure key deliverables are met in accordance with the Project Plan
Remain up to date on knowledge of new versions of Source to Pay systems and ERPs where they interact
Desirable qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:
Current Ivalua Certification (preferred)
2+ years experience in implementation of Ivalua Source to Pay Suite of modules
Experience in one or more of the following skills: Procurement Diagnostics, Strategic Planning, Procurement Transformation, Procurement Performance Optimization, Procurement Process and Governance Development, Strategic Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Procure to Pay and Procurement Outsourcing
Bachelors degree in business management or a related field is required
Must be a self-starter who is accountable and able to independently identify solutions with little oversight from management
CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $86,200 – $169,700.
