This role will focus on the enabling technologies and transformation projects that are required to support our Strategy 2.0 goals and objectives.
This role will require skills and competence that blend business analysis, data analysis and technical expertise across a complex transformation portfolio of projects required to support Strategy 2.0.
You will enjoy this role if you:Are able to work with business stakeholders to create process maps, requirements and design documents and translate them into product, technology, testing and training deliverablesPossess a growing technical aptitude and enjoy working with advanced technologiesAre detail-oriented and curiousHave a great sense of urgency and ability to meet defined deadlinesHave a detail oriented critical thinking and communication skillsAble to work with stakeholders at varying levels in the organization Qualifications: What you will do:Develop current state and future state processes and procedures; Assess and improve process maturityManage documentation, policies, and training related to assigned processesIdentify risks, roadblocks, and improvement opportunities to optimize process and output metrics, volume/throughput, cost, quality, and service-levelWork with Alternative Workforces Lead and leadership to align process with overall transformation strategy and implement improvementsCreate and facilitate requirements and logical design deliverables that are understandable to both business and technology stakeholders—potential deliverables include requirements, use case diagrams, process flows, wireframes, knowledge articles and conceptual data models.Facilitate process workflow modeling to collaborate on process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use casesManage and execute test plan activities, including requirements-based test plans to assess the quality of digital project deliverablesAct as the liaison between internal business stakeholders, product and development teamsPerform risk-based assessments of in-flight projects to determine potential project issues and participate in issue resolutionBring inconsistencies and opportunities; extract reports and provide a high-level analysis of data for review for continuous improvementIdentify opportunities within the business that our team can successfully impact for future projectsSuccessful candidates will have:Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, engineering, computer science, management information systems, or related field.Minimum of two (2) years of related experience; previous related industry and consulting experience highly preferredExperience across full SDLC lifecycle (Requirements, Design, and Testing)Background in accounting, tax , finance or other industry-related fieldExperience with process improvement and automation (Six Sigma experience a plus)Demonstrate management, analytical, organization, interpersonal, project management, communication skills, and highly developed Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel) requiredAbility to collaborate well with others, demonstrate commitment to continuous learning to stay current regarding applicable strategies, see the “big picture” as well as the details, display appropriate ethical knowledge and commitment, and exhibit a sense of urgency and commitment to quality and the timely completion of projectExcellent organizational and time management skills and is a creative problem solverFlexibility to travel 25-50% and work outside of normal business hours due to project commitmentsLI-SF1
