As a Senior Brand Strategist, you will help evolve our brand narrative, ensure it is properly brought to life across our marketing and product ecosystem, brief our internal creative team on our most important brand and product initiatives and support development of integrated marketing campaigns that drive our business.

With renewed focus on the Credit Karma brand, we’re spending more than we ever have on driving consideration for our brand and experimenting many new channels.

Collaborate with marketing leads from across the company and work on some of our most important brand and product initiatives.

What You’ll Do Help evolve and maintain Credit Karma’s brand positioning, how it’s articulated, how it is best deployed, and how it can optimally influence the consumer—in messaging and across all experiential touchpoints in the marketing and product ecosystem Work with leads across the company to write marketing and product playbooks on how our evolved brand positioning should be brought to life.

Write creative briefs for integrated marketing campaigns for our most important launches.

Help evolve, define, share out and maintain Credit Karma’s brand architecture and approach to naming new products Maintain a deep understanding of the Credit Karma brand through ongoing trackers/research, and institute programs that ensure health and transformation of our brand Be the “voice of the consumer” by sharpening and integrating existing segmentation into marketing, and by helping to formalize target audiences across marketing channels Lead best practices of brand, marketing, and communications planning strategies across the organization, collaborating with leaders to shape strategies into action Basic Minimum Requirements 7 years as a Brand Manager, Brand Strategist, or Strategic Planner 1 years experience working in house at a company on a consumer brand Proven track record of thriving in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment Expertise in building integrated marketing plans and creative campaign strategies that deliver on business strategy and unlock growth Strong knowledge regarding best practices across key channels of TV, social, digital, radio and email and how these channels can work best together for stronger results Experience creating and evolving powerful brand narratives Excellent understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including creative testing and optimization Experience working with key stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across Marketing, Product and Technology Preferred Requirements Experience working at a digital consumer technology company preferred
