Senior Benefits Analyst

Senior Benefits AnalystThe incumbent is responsible for a wide variety of complex activities involving the administration of company benefit plans and programs.

Provides subject matter expertise on administration, compliance, vendor management, reporting and employee communication and education for benefit programs.

This position also conducts research and data analysis related to various aspects of the plans to problem solve and make recommendations for process improvements.

Responsibilities include:Responsible for health and welfare program and vendor management including medical, prescription, mental health, life, disability and EAP.Implements, administers, and manages benefit programs for Health and Welfare inclusive of reporting appropriate metrics to measure activity and program achievements.Responsible for payroll deduction processes.Partners with internal and external consultants to ensure benefits offerings are cost effective, competitive, and aligned with strategic business objectives.Partners with benefits administration team members to ensure a positive employee experience while adhering to regulatory compliance.Manages annual enrollment including but not limited to maintenance of the project calendar, communication materials and other associated activities.Responsible for maintenance and updates to the benefits portal content.Develops communication strategies to effectively support programs and policies to maximize employee engagement.Manages data file integration between Information Systems and various vendors.Qualified Medical Child Support Order (QMCSO) administration.Other duties and projects as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum 5 years working on health & welfare plans (including IRS and ERISA regulations), significant current knowledge in administrative best practices and laws and regulations impacting the administration of employee benefits and should be familiar with benefits outsourcing.Must be able to review and interpret plan documents and contracts.

Additionally, must have experience with enterprise systems, employee self-service and external benefit vendors.Data analytics and systems experience with HRIS and recordkeeping systems.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office application experience (Word, Excel, Access, InfoPath).Enthusiastic service focused team player and problem solver with strong interpersonal, relationship building and communication skills.CEBS, CBP or other Benefits coursework or certification preferred.LI-LG1Remarkable benefits:
