This position will build and maintain relationships with network providers, community based organizations, local government agencies, HCP, and eldercare planners.
Representing the AgeWell New York brand, the Senior Benefits Advisor will grow and maintain referral sources throughout the service area including: Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan and Westchester.
